Orange County, CA, April 21, 2010: The Green Expo and Orange County Parks and Recreation, Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day. MARTIFER Solar USA, will be sponsoring the event by providing a Pure Power Distribution (PPD) solar generator, that will power the stage by utilizing clean energy from the SUN. Eight (8) bands have been selected to play at the event on Saturday and Sunday, April 24th - 25th, 2010 at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, Orange County, California from 9:30am to 6:30 pm.
Over 200 bands auditioned to play at the earth friendly event during the last three weeks, this week, eight of those bands were selected to play at the event. The eight selected bands include:

The Green Expo is a multi-city campaign dedicated to connecting people to resources and information for a greener planet and life with a focus on the dawning era of creativity and innovation in “green technology” (also known as “clean technology”). The expos are bringing together pioneers dedicated to the promise of a healthier planet - as well as the prospect of growing businesses that can sustain its health.
The event is presented by: How 2 Save Fuel, Inc. and Orange County Parks and Recreation. How 2 Save Fuel Inc., is the corporate sponsor and is dedicated to converting every combustion engine in the State of California to a hydrogen hybrid system that promotes gas efficiency and reduces our carbon footprint. This will have a serious positive impact on air quality and help provide sustainability for our planet.
At The Green Expo you will find emerging and available technologies that promote solutions to environmental problems, ways to green your world by saving energy, reducing pollution, recycling, healthy living, green home products, educational workshops and eco-businesses.
There will be live entertainment, over 100 exhibitors, educational workshops, speakers and children’s activities (including wall mural painting, parade with eco costumes and eco fashions (presented by El Cuarto Recycle Fashion) that children are encourage to make. The event also features eco awareness to save our Earth, cultural arts and dance and live music at a concert stage. The Green Expo will be an earth-friendly experience that is thought-provoking, inspiring and enjoyable for all.
