Job Objective:
To ensure company’s compliance with solar installation contracts.
Responsibilities:
▪ Responsible for prime contract management
▪ Review & administer contracts & modifications
▪ Prepare contract review records & obtain necessary management approvals
▪ Prepare contract exhibits and summaries
▪ Advise sales & operations of contractual rights & obligations
▪ Coordinate with sales department to implement fulfillment of contracts
▪ Administration of contracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, & customer specifications
▪ Send out reminders of all upcoming project deadlines including payment, document, or completion deadlines & follow up with each project manager to ensure compliance
Requirements:
▪ 2-3 Years Contract Administration/Management Experience
▪ 1 Year Experience with Construction Contracts
▪ College Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
▪ Experience in the Solar Industry
▪ Contract Management Certificate
▪ CCCM Designation
